As I am sure you are, we are getting all geared up for this busy season. Due to our catering schedule we will only be able to offer our Three Course Dinners on Wednesday & Thursday for the next couple of weeks. This weeks Three Course Menu will feature the cuisine of Argentina! We will start with Sweet Corn, Chorizo & Green Chile Soup, then for the main course Argentina's National Dish "Beef Chimichurri" and for dessert, Cinnamon Flan with Fresh Ice Cream. This Week at the Studio...
I hope you all had a wonderful weekend. This week's Three Course will
feature Indian Cuisine. The menu will start with Carrot Coconut
Ginger Soup w/ Tandoori Shrimp, then Chicken Masala w/ Vegetable
Lentil Curry & Basmati Rice and for dessert Lemon Poppy Seed Cake w/
Cardamom Ice Cream & Mango Coulis. We have openings on Wednesday,
Thursday & Saturday for the regular Three Course and on Friday we will
be at the Flathead Lake Brewing Co. in Woodsbay for the First Ever
"Brewers Dinner"!!
We will be offering a Three Course Dinner incorporating & paired with
Flathead Lake Brewing Co. Beer. Dinner will be served from 6pm- 8pm
at the Brewery, $48 per person including dinner, beer, and gratuity.
Please call the Brewery for reservations- 406-837-0353 (Only 20 seats
available and I think there are only 6-8 left, call soon!!) Cheers!
