Welcome to the Studio
Hello everyone and welcome to the Studio.
I will be using this blog to keep my clients up to date with the various aspects of the Studio as well as provide information for those interested in what we do here at the Studio. I will do my best to keep things up to date and I will post the current sous-vide menu at least every other Thursday to coincide with my article and add in the Lake Shore Country Journal. Please keep in mind that I am always making subtle changes to the menu so the best way is still to stop in or email me.
