This week at the Studio we are heading to Spain. The menu will start with one of my favorite soups, Caldo Verde, a delicious blend of Kale, Potatoes and Chorizo simmered in a fragrant broth and finished with shaved Manchego cheese. Then for the main course Paella with Linguica Sausage, Shrimp and Chicken. And for dessert Cinnamon Flan with Fresh Orange and Sangria Sauce. We will be serving this menu Wednesday-Friday this week.
