This Week at the Studio...Spain!
This weeks Three Course Menu will feature the cuisine of Spain. We will start with a classic tapas dish, Tortilla Espanol with Salsa Fresca. Then for the main course we will be serving Fabada Asturiana, a regional dish similar to the French "Cassoulet", that combines Chicken, Sausage and White Beans into a hearty winter stew famous in the town of Asturias but found throughout Spain and Spanish restaurants around the world. And for dessert Cinnamon Flan...Call for Reservations!

This Week at the Studio...French Classics!
I hope you all are having a great New Year so far! This weeks Three Course Menu will feature some French Classics starting with Caramelized Onion Soup, then Steak au Poivre with French Beans, Roasted Fingerling Potatoes & Green Peppercorn Jus and for Dessert...Vanilla Bean Pot d' Creme with Raspberries!!
