The menu for this weeks Turkish Three Course is looking great! We will be starting out with Zucchini Fritters w/ Pickled Cauliflower & Yogurt Sauce, then for the main course Braised Lamb Shanks, Eggplant & Chickpea Ragu w/ Mediterranean Lamb Jus and for dessert...something with coffee & chocolate!
