This Week at the Studio...Southeast Asia!

I hope you all had a wonderful Mother's Day Weekend.  This weeks Three Course will feature the cuisine of Southeast Asia, starting with Thai Chicken Satay with Peanut Sauce then Vietnamese Beef Pho and for dessert Coconut Lime Parfait with Tropical Fruit.  This menu will only be available on Wednesday and Thursday this week...Call for Reservations.  Enjoy the sunshine...Cheers!

This Week at the Studio...Italian!

This weeks Three Course Menu will feature Italian Cuisine.  We will start with Caprese
Salad (Local Tomatoes, Mozzarella, Fresh Basil & Balsamic Dressing),
then Chicken Cacciatore with Grilled Polenta and Organic Asparagus and
for dessert Citrus Semifreddo with Fresh Berries!  And don't forget
about our Mother's Day Dinner this Sunday...there are still a few

I hope you all had a nice weekend.  To celebrate "Cinco de Mayo" our Three Course Menu this week will feature some Festive Mexican Cuisine.  We will start with Shrimp & Scallop Ceviche, then Pork Carnitas with Spanish Rice & Salsa Verde and for dessert Cinnamon Chocolate Flan!  We have openings Wednesday, Thursday & Saturday...Call for Reservations!

This weeks Three Course Menu will feature French Cuisine.  We will start with Vichyssoise which is a chilled potato & spring leek soup that will be garnished with white truffle oil.  For the entree, Roasted Wild Salmon with Asparagus, Organic Lentils & Saffron Beurre Blanc and for dessert
