This Week at the Studio...French Bistro!

I hope you all had a great weekend.  This weeks dinner menu will feature some classic French Bistro cuisine.  We will start with a choice of either Sauteed Escargot with Garlic Parsley Broth or French Onion Soup with Gruyere, then the all time Classic "Beef Bourguignon" and for dessert Raspberry Chocolate Torte with Vanilla Ice Cream.  We have openings Wednesday, Thursday & Friday this week...Call for Reservations. This weeks Three Course Menu will feature Italian Cuisine.  We will start with Caprese
Salad (Local Tomatoes, Mozzarella, Fresh Basil & Balsamic Dressing),
then Chicken Cacciatore with Grilled Polenta and Organic Asparagus and
for dessert Citrus Semifreddo with Fresh Berries!  And don't forget

This Week at the Studio...Spain!

This weeks Three Course Menu will feature the cuisine of Spain.  We will start with a classic tapas dish, Tortilla Espanol with Salsa Fresca.  Then for the main course we will be serving Fabada Asturiana, a regional dish similar to the French "Cassoulet", that combines Chicken, Sausage and White Beans into a hearty winter stew famous in the town of Asturias but found throughout Spain and Spanish restaurants around the world.  And for dessert Cinnamon Flan...Call for Reservations!
