Happy Holidays!

As I am sure you are, we are getting all geared up for this busy season.  Due to our catering schedule we will only be able to offer our Three Course Dinners on Wednesday & Thursday for the next couple of weeks.  This weeks Three Course Menu will feature the cuisine of Argentina!  We will start with Sweet Corn, Chorizo & Green Chile Soup, then for the main course Argentina's National Dish "Beef Chimichurri" and for dessert, Cinnamon Flan with Fresh Ice Cream.  Call for Reservations...Cheers!

This Week at the Studio...

I hope you all had a wonderful weekend.  This week's Three Course will
feature Indian Cuisine.  The menu will start with Carrot Coconut
Ginger Soup w/ Tandoori Shrimp, then Chicken Masala w/ Vegetable
Lentil Curry & Basmati Rice and for dessert Lemon Poppy Seed Cake w/
Cardamom Ice Cream & Mango Coulis. We have openings on Wednesday,
Thursday & Saturday for the regular Three Course and on Friday we will
be at the Flathead Lake Brewing Co. in Woodsbay for the First Ever
"Brewers Dinner"!!
We will be offering a Three Course Dinner incorporating & paired with
Flathead Lake Brewing Co. Beer.  Dinner will be served from 6pm- 8pm
at the Brewery, $48 per person including dinner, beer, and gratuity.

This Weeks Three Course...Spain!

This week at the Studio we are heading to Spain.  The menu will start with one of my favorite soups, Caldo Verde, a delicious blend of Kale, Potatoes and Chorizo simmered in a fragrant broth and finished with shaved Manchego cheese. Then for the main course Paella with Linguica Sausage, Shrimp and Chicken. And for dessert Cinnamon Flan with Fresh Orange and Sangria Sauce.  We will be serving this menu Wednesday-Friday this week.  Call for reservations...Cheers!

This weeks Three Course will feature Scandinavian cuisine & is going to be paired with Whistling Andy Handcrafted Vodka Cocktails!  The menu will start with House Cured Salmon Gravlax & Potato Blinis with a Vodka Fizz & Pickled Cucumber.  Then for the main course, 48hr Angus Beef Brisket, Confit Beets, Fingerling Potatoes & Horseradish Sauce with an event inspired Whistling Andy Cocktail called "Röd" ~ Beets, Rhubard, Pink Peppercorn & Whistling Andy Vodka and for dessert Hazelnut Honey Cake w/ Vodka & Vanilla Bean Ice Cream paired with an "H&H Martini" Hazlenut Martini w/ a Honey Rim & Hazlenut Dusting!  This is going to be amazing!  Call for reservations...Cheers!

This Week at the Studio...A Taste of Spain!

This week we will be taking a Culinary Trip to Spain!  The cuisine of Spain has come to be know as one of the best in the world in the past few years and one of the most popular traditions in Spanish dining is Tapas.  In select bars in Spain, as well as some parts of North America and the United Kingdom, tapas has evolved into an entire, and sometimes sophisticated, cuisine. In Spain, patrons of tapas can order many different tapas and combine them to make a full meal. We will start our trip with a Spanish Tapas & Wine Tasting at Luna's Coffee & Wine Cellar on Thursday and finish on Friday at the Studio for a Three Course Spanish Dinner!  Both evenings are reservation only so please call to reserve your spot for either of these exciting events...Cheers!
