This Week at the Studio...Scandinavian with Whistling Andy Vodka Cocktails!

This weeks Three Course will feature Scandinavian cuisine & is going to be paired with Whistling Andy Handcrafted Vodka Cocktails!  The menu will start with House Cured Salmon Gravlax & Potato Blinis with a Vodka Fizz & Pickled Cucumber.  Then for the main course, 48hr Angus Beef Brisket, Confit Beets, Fingerling Potatoes & Horseradish Sauce with an event inspired Whistling Andy Cocktail called "Röd" ~ Beets, Rhubard, Pink Peppercorn & Whistling Andy Vodka and for dessert Hazelnut Honey Cake w/ Vodka & Vanilla Bean Ice Cream paired with an "H&H Martini" Hazlenut Martini w/ a Honey Rim & Hazlenut Dusting!  This is going to be amazing!  Call for reservations...Cheers!
