This weeks Three Course Menu will feature the cuisine of Spain. We will start with a classic tapas dish, Tortilla Espanol with Salsa Fresca. Then for the main course we will be serving Fabada Asturiana, a regional dish similar to the French "Cassoulet", that combines Chicken, Sausage and White Beans into a hearty winter stew famous in the town of Asturias but found throughout Spain and Spanish restaurants around the world. And for dessert Cinnamon Flan...Call for Reservations!
