This Week at the Studio...Cinco de Mayo!

I hope you all had a nice weekend.  To celebrate "Cinco de Mayo" our Three Course Menu this week will feature some Festive Mexican Cuisine.  We will start with Shrimp & Scallop Ceviche, then Pork Carnitas with Spanish Rice & Salsa Verde and for dessert Cinnamon Chocolate Flan!  We have openings Wednesday, Thursday & Saturday...Call for Reservations!

This Week at the Studio...French!

This weeks Three Course Menu will feature French Cuisine.  We will start with Vichyssoise which is a chilled potato & spring leek soup that will be garnished with white truffle oil.  For the entree, Roasted Wild Salmon with Asparagus, Organic Lentils & Saffron Beurre Blanc and for dessert
Creme Brûlée!!  Call for reservations...Cheers!
