I hope you all had a great weekend. This weeks dinner menu will feature some classic French Bistro cuisine. We will start with a choice of either Sauteed Escargot with Garlic Parsley Broth or French Onion Soup with Gruyere, then the all time Classic "Beef Bourguignon" and for dessert Raspberry Chocolate Torte with Vanilla Ice Cream.
