This Weeks Three Course...The Caribbean!


This weeks Three Course Menu will feature the cuisine of the Caribbean and it will be paired with some handcrafted Rum Cocktails from Whistling Andy Distillery!   This dinner will be $40 per guest all included...starting with Cuban Black Bean Soup w/ Garlic Shrimp, then for the main course Puerto Rican Pork Tenderloin w/ Sofrito Rice and for dessert Flan w/ Whistling Andy Rum Ice Cream w/ Roasted Pine Apple Coulis!
