This Week at the Studio...A Taste of Greece!


For this weeks Three Course Menu we are heading to Greece!  The Menu will start with an Organic Baby Spinach & Feta Cheese Tart, then Athenian Shrimp with Orzo and Roasted Stuffed Apples with Fresh Ice Cream for Dessert.  Call for Reservations...Cheers!

This Week at the Studio...A Taste of France!



For this weeks Three Course Menu we are going to France! The menu will start with Socca Tart, a crepe style tart made with chickpea flour and topped with onions, tomatoes & Gruyere cheese served with Organic Baby Arugula, then a classic...Beef Bourguignon and for dessert Creme Brulee w/ Vanilla Bean Ice Cream.
