This weeks Three Course will feature the cuisine of Spain! The menu will start with Gazpacho Andaluz made with local tomatoes from Mountainview Gardens. Then for the main course Paella with Linguica Sausage, Organic Chicken & Prawns and for dessert Orange Cinnamon Flan w/ Fresh Ice Cream & Sangria Sauce.
